• The confidence to deal with commercial real estate investors.
• Strong financial management, presentation, communication and customer service skills, analytical skills for credit analysis and financial problem solving.
• The confidence and ability to produce the majority of their own leads
• Industry references
• Clean criminal background check
• A level of computer literacy to understand loan calculating software, e-mail and the internet in general
